Getting started with Ray Vault

Welcome

Ray Vault helps you manage digital assets in one place and share them safely with the outside world.

1. Register an Asset

Click the "Register" button at the top to open the registration form.

• Fill in the title, summary, and category.
• Drag and drop a file or use the upload button.
• Supported formats: Markdown, PDF, image, video, Office, ZIP.

2. Set Permissions

Choose one of the five presets.

Preset	Who can see it
Public	All Ray Medical employees
Team	My team members
Restricted	Specified emails only
Confidential	Administrators only
External	Anyone on the internet (visible on Academy)

Selecting External shows a red warning and a confirmation checkbox.
